How to order

Five steps from enquiry to a running machine

No catalogue numbers to decode and no obligation to buy a container. Most first orders start with one machine, shipped by courier, so the decision is made on the machine rather than a photo.

What happens, in order

01

Tell us what you pack

Product, parcels per day, average weight, fragility, the fill material you use now, and the market you sell into. Voltage too — 110 V and 220 V builds are both available. Five lines is enough to start.

02

We recommend one model

Not a catalogue. If a 300 mm pad machine covers your parcel mix, we say so instead of quoting the 760. If two models fit, we explain where the extra money goes.

03

Quote within one working day

Machine price, the paper it runs on, packed dimensions and gross weight, lead time, and the shipping term you asked for — EXW, FOB or CIF. Prices are quoted against your quantity and configuration, not published on this site.

04

Trial unit before a container

One machine or one bench, shipped by courier. You run your own paper through it, in your own warehouse, before committing to volume. This is how most of our distributor relationships started.

05

Production, packing, shipment

Built and inspected against the order sheet, packed for sea freight, and shipped LCL or FCL. Documents travel with the goods: invoice, packing list, bill of lading, and the certificate set for the model you bought.

Packing for export

How the machine leaves the factory

A pad machine is a steel frame with a paper feed — it survives a container if it is packed for one. Every unit ships on a plywood pallet with steel-edge crating or a five-layer carton, strapped and corner-protected.

Plywood pallet base

Fumigation-free, accepted at EU and US ports without a phytosanitary certificate.

Steel-edge crate

Used for floor-standing and line equipment, where the frame has to arrive square.

LCL or FCL

One machine can move as LCL; mixed models are consolidated into one container to cut freight per unit.

Documents with the goods

Invoice, packing list, bill of lading, and the certificate set for the model shipped.

After the machine lands

Machines ship with an English operation and maintenance manual written for the operator, not the engineer. Wearing parts — feed rollers, blades, heating elements — are available as spares, and can be added to a paper reorder so you are not paying freight twice.

Warranty terms and the spare parts list are confirmed in the quote for the model you buy, because they differ between the machine families.

Prefer to talk first?

Send the list above to hello@huancheer.com, or message us on WhatsApp. We reply within one working day, and the reply comes from a person who knows the machines.

For distributors and own-brand ranges, start with the private label page — the questions there are the ones we need before quoting a branded run.
