What is certified, and what we send with it

CE and PSE documentation for the machine families we export, with certificate numbers and validity dates. Copies of any certificate — including the holder details — come with the order or on request.

The documents above are third-party attestations held by the manufacturing plant. They do not replace the declaration of conformity, which the manufacturer issues for each machine and which travels with the shipment. Ask us for the declaration covering your specific model.

Certificates are issued to the plant that builds each family, not to HuanCheer — standard practice for private-label supply. That is why the documents travel with the goods: nameplate, declaration and certificate have to name the same manufacturer. If you need HuanCheer named as manufacturer on your own declaration, say so before the order; it changes what the factory has to release.

How to check a machine you already own

Read the nameplate

The model on the plate is the factory designation — NP-EC760, P760, PB500 — not the catalogue name.

Match the family

Use the tables above. Each family carries three CE certificates: EMC, LVD and machinery.

Ask for the pack

Send the model and serial number and we return the certificate set and the declaration that matches that build.

If your model is not listed

Ask before you assume coverage. Some families are between certificate renewals, and a model can be in production without current CE paperwork — we would rather tell you the status than have you find out at customs.

For markets outside the EU and Japan, tell us the destination and we will confirm what the shipment needs.
